1. What you are buying
A bid buys a position on a webpage at out-bid.net for as long as no one pays more. It is not advertising inventory, not a guaranteed duration, not a backlink, and not a share of revenue.
2. Payment and refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe and are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including being overtaken, changing your mind, or a listing being removed under section 4.
3. Settlement of rank
Rank is granted only when Stripe confirms payment. The price shown while you browse is advisory. If another bid completes first, your payment stands at whatever rank the amount is worth at that moment.
4. Removal of content
We may hide or remove any listing at our discretion, in particular chat and invite links, adult content, malware, impersonation and unresolvable URLs. Removed listings forfeit their bid.
5. Paid placement disclosure
Every listing is a paid placement. All outbound links are marked sponsored and nofollow and pass no search ranking value. Nothing on this site is an endorsement.
6. Liability
The site is provided as is. We are not responsible for the products, claims or conduct of any listed site, nor for downtime, loss of traffic, or the results of any placement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a listing is limited to the amount paid for that listing.
7. Your warranties
You warrant that you are entitled to promote the URL you submit, that its content is lawful where it is reachable, and that you are authorised to make the payment. You must not submit a URL that redirects, after listing, to content that would have been rejected at submission.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed bid is a breach of these terms. A listing subject to a disputed payment may be removed and its URL refused future listings. Records of the listing’s publication, position and click count are retained as evidence.
9. Data
We store the URL you submit, the amount paid, the payment identifiers Stripe returns, and the email address Stripe collects for your receipt. We never create accounts and never receive card details. Analytics are aggregate and privacy-preserving.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

This payment is final and non-refundable. It buys a position on out-bid.net and nothing else. Rank is settled when your payment completes; if someone bids while you are at checkout, this amount may land one place lower. You must tick a box confirming you have read this before Stripe will take the payment.
